A new
version of the simulator is out. The v1.4
release not only fixes the numerous bugs, but also adds some new
features:
Added "NewsGenerator.fmp"
project.
Added TFMSNewsTraderStrategy.
Shortened article names in documentation.

I have made
a major web site update. Now all documentation is accessible from one place
and it will be optionally included in all releases. Also, I have set up a
web forum for the project.
Also, I'm
releasing FIMAS
v1.3. Major improvements include:
Greatly enhanced project documentation.
Fixed some bugs in WatchList.
Completely re-designed news system.
Removed SimulatedActivityClassificator,
added NewsAutoGenerator instead of it.
Demo scripts are now more safe.
I’ve also
published the current version of my thesis.

Still alive
and making new releases. The key features of the v1.2
release are:
Updated Market-maker strategy.
Added TFMSShareTransactionRequestsStats.
Added Multi-thread support.
Added serialization to PluginManager.
Added a Scenario Generator plugin.
Updated a lot of new scenario scripts, projects and array
analyzer scripts.
A lot of misc bugfixes.
Haven't
defended thesis yet, but I'm a few steps closer to it. Stay tuned...

At last,
the v1.1
release is out! Here are the main improvements of the new release:
Added basic auto-completion support for scripts.
Finally fixed the "Stop and reset button".
Fixed ReadOnly properties in the
Property Inspector.
Updated all major strategies.
Updated a lot of scenario scripts and demo projects.
I’ve also
uploaded the initial version of my thesis.

This news
is mainly focused on the v1.0
release. I added project support to the application, so you can save
and load all your opened editors and scripts to/from a file. There is an
advanced plug-in system, allowing you to expand application's capabilities.
Also, I enhanced Array Analyzer, introduced a TimeEvent
Manager and added dozens of new scripts.
Important:
all source codes of the project are now licensed under GNU General
Public License Version 3.0.
Also, I’ve
updated project documentation - there is finally a 20+ page English manual
on this project. All documentation is now also available online in html
format. Also, all UML diagrams on the architecture
page now have an extended fully documented version.
Also, in
February I've been contacted by investment company, who offered to link FMS
to their news-analyzing automated system. The results turned out to be so
close to the real market, that even I was amazed. In several occasions it
predicted better than professional experts. I'll try to keep you informed
about this project as much as my superiors would allow.

I’ve
defended my diploma and now can finally make a global update.
Today I've
updated the Architecture, Screenshots & Statistics pages. Also, I've
made a v0.8 release (on the downloads page). Also, I'm publishing my
diploma project and some other materials.
The 0.1a
version of this project been downloaded more than 100 times. Now I've made
an official working release (v0.8) which even includes some documentation
inside, which should draw even more attention. So, I have a big request for
everyone - if you download it and like the program, please leave a small
message in the guestbook.

I’ve made a first release for this project. The application doesn't do

I'm slowly
moving towards the first release. I plan to do it within the next 3 weeks.
For now, I'm publishing some screenshots. I also added my details to the
project info page and updated project statistics.
